JD Swallow installed a new gas-fired hot water heater for us. Andrew G. and Kevin F. were on time, friendly, and professional. They were careful to lay down mats to protect the floors as they moved the old water heater out and the new one in. I recently contracted JD Swalllow to replace my leaky combi-core hot water heater. JDS were up front about their process and their pricing was very competitive which made my decision to hire them very easy (plus, they came highly recommended).  Thank you to the team - Jeremy, Germane, Jithin and Alex - for making the best of  returning my old tank and then installing the new one in a very tight space. And thank you to André as well who returned the next day to finalize a few things requiring his expertise. He also provided me with a lot of information on extending the life of my new HWH. Technicians that arrived were extremely professional and friendly.  They worked efficiently throughout the house and were very respectful of the areas they were working in.  What was even more impressive, was the way they interacted with my two dogs.  Would highly recommend!
